HOW DO I RETURN? 

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.) Provide your information above (Email and order #) then select the items you wish to receive store credit for. Once completed, you will receive an email saying we've received Your request.

2.) Once we receive your request, you will get a second email stating if your request has been approved or denied (Denied request may include non returnable items) If request is approved,we will provide you our return address and you may proceed to mail your package back to us. 

 3.) Once your package arrives; It will be inspected thoroughly for original condition. (If item(s) do not meet our return policies, it will be sent back to you.) If return policies are met, a third emai will be sent stating your return has been received. 

4.) Finally, we will process your return within 1-14 business days, and store credit will be provided to you of the purchased price of the item(s). Once you receive your store credit, you may proceed with your new order. 

 ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
